The Challenge
Creating a professional business plan traditionally requires weeks of market research, financial modeling, and strategic writing. Entrepreneurs and consultants needed a tool that could autonomously gather real-time market intelligence, synthesize competitive landscapes, and produce structured, data-backed plans — reducing a multi-week process to minutes.
Architecture & Workflows
Built on LangGraph, the system orchestrates a network of specialized AI agents: a Market Researcher (web search + data extraction), a Competitive Analyst (SWOT generation), a Financial Modeler (projection tables), and a Strategic Writer (narrative synthesis). The agents communicate through a shared state graph deployed on AWS (Lambda + Step Functions), with Terraform managing the infrastructure. Each agent iterates and refines its output before the orchestrator compiles the final document.
